Process
Every business concept is unique. For this reason, our timeline varies depending on the focus of the business plan, its market and industry, and the requirements of the financial model. At Epic, we ask the basic question: what must we develop in this document in order to obtain funding for our clients? We apply our hands-on approach in the following general process:
- Step 1 (Day one): Discovery session. Epic business planners consult with you to gain an understanding of your project.
- Step 2 (Days two-three): Research, writing, and financial specialists begin crafting preview draft.
- Step 3 (Day four): Financial model review (phone and virtual meeting).
- Step 4 (Day five) Market research review.
- Step 5 (Day seven) Draft completed, expertly edited, and sent to client via email.
- Step 6 (Days eight and later) Virtual meeting to review completed business plan.
- Step 7: Repeat steps 5 and 6 until client is satisfied. In order to ensure the best possible success with your complete business plan, some plans will require more revisions than others.
