Antigua Coffee House

Antigua is already known as 'The Ultimate Coffee Experience' in the Pearland area—but the owner wanted share the experience with even more people. In order to do this without sacrificing quality he needed capital to expand. EPIC wrote a plan which met the company's needs perfectly.
